What to Expect
We will coordinate a window for arrival time via phone reminder, text and email. Please have your pet safely secured in a small bathroom to facilitate efficiency and prevent escape prior to our arrival. We prefer to handle most patients in our comfortable custom designed mobile animal unit diffused with calming pheromone to efficiently provide a thorough exam and sample collection when needed, using a Fear Free approach which allows for quick results. We can aid and or escort your pet with a carrier or by leash to our mobile unit. If you prefer to have an in home experience we will arrive fully equipped to perform our exam and treatments in the home. If you have previous medical records we would greatly appreciate obtaining those copies PRIOR to our arrival and forwarding them to us so we can scan them in to your record, review and be ready to go at your designated appointment time.
